As a mother of three littlies (with possibly more to come!) I find that I need a bit of time every now and again to create something that won’t be undone in the next five minutes. Something that lasts longer than a vacuumed floor, a clean sink and a well cooked meal. Left Hand Design is my catch cryof sanity. I go to the “craft room” to refresh. Not just myself, but also the things I find in my home and environment. I like to use things that usually get overlooked to make a statement. Left overs and hand-me-downs are not something to be sniffed at in my book! Below are a few of the random things I have made. I would love to hear your feedback!

Left Hand- Created with my left hand while nurturing and enjoying the family with my right.
Left field- one-off designs, often a little unusual and un-recreatable due to their spontaneous manifestation! Who has time to plan these things?!
Left over- I like to create using off cuts, recycled, repurposed and reinvented materials as much as I possibly can.
L…E…F…T – F….E….L….T! I love this medium. It is lovely to work with, to wear, to carry, to make and to cut up and re-make! Especially when it comes from a well loved and retired knitted jumper.
